Medway, MA

• This house has a GeoHomeEMS system that monitors Geothermal Heat Pump usage and displays savings on a 15" touch screen display in the kitchen. Electrical usage is monitored and displayed on the touch screen. There are sensors on the garage doors that trigger the kitchen lights to come on when a garage door is opened. This is a 5+ Energy Star rated home, so extra savings are calculated on the display screen for the increased insulation and premium air circulation system when compared to a non-Energy Star rated home of similar design.
